The group spent a fair amount of time developing a set of bylaws when we were looking to formally incorporate. As it turned out, we determined that since we were not raising  money, there was no need to formally register and as such, the bylaws have never been formally enacted and finding volunteers for officers has been a challenge. Nonetheless, we still conceptually follow the bylaws in the sense that anyone who attends a meeting is considered a member and it is a member driven organization. A copy of these bylaws are attached for reference.
