We will be gathering at the feet of Lincoln Memorial to honor our troops and give thanks to God. If you would like to join us, please RSVP on our calendar page. If you are interested in the inbound bus, please RSVP and pay in advance using this separate link; advance tickets are $12, on-site is $15.

Please make sure that you are either registered on the meetup site or for the nova912.org announcement mailing list to make sure you get the e-mail updates prior to the event.

On-site coordination will be available by Twitter; just search on #nova912. The twitter feed is also now available on the homepage of our website on the right-hand side. I will be posting updates on our exact location within the crowd during the event.

The current planned schedule is as follows:
7:00 am - Depart Vienna Metro
7:15 am - Arrive W Falls Church Metro (if needed)
7:20 am - Depart W Falls Church (if needed)
7:40 am - Arrive Arlington Cemetery and unload
7:50 am - Walk across Memorial Bridge
8:00 am - Walk past Lincoln Memorial to back of crowd
8:10 am - Set up camp

Please indicate preferred pick-up point when RSVPing for the bus. Right now there has not been any request for W Falls Church Metro, so we may skip that stop unless someone requests it.

If for some reason, we are not allowed to off-load at Arlington, we will go to Union Station to unload; but based on the information I have at present, we should be able to unload at Arlington. The most likely worst-case scenario is that Arlington may make us wait until they open at 8:00 am to pull into their facility to unload; that would only delay our schedule by about 20 minutes. We could also try the Pentagon parking lot, if we wanted to, but it would add about half a mile to the walk.
