Time to Call Your Congressmen Again
Obama & Company are at it again - trying to shove unwanted healthcare down our throats yet once again. While the Healthcare Freedom Act did pass our state legislature, it is best to avoid a Constitutional Crisis - which means trying once again to convince our politicians to vote against it. Please call your congressmen and make sure that they know that we are still watching. I recommend that we remind them that Virginia has already officially said "NO!" and therefore they will have to use force to implement their unconstitutional law!

Healthcare Nullification Moves Forward in VA Senate
The key healthcare nullification bills (SB 417, SB 311, and SB 283) all passed the committee and should be going to the Senate floor. The Senate could vote as early as Thursday. Call your Senator today and ask him to vote YES on SB 417, 311, and 283. As it stands, we are expecting a 20-20 tie on the Senate floor for these bills. For more information, see Tertium Quids
Virginia Rally Day
I encourage everyone to sign up for the Virginia Rally Day. This will be held in Richmond on Monday, January 18th.
The Virginia Legislature typically only meets from January to March. January 18th is a day in which these legislatures set aside time to hear from the public - it is our chance to show how important nullification is to us. The short legislative session demonstrates that we should be able to receive quick results to our lobbying efforts; but we need people to show up.
